Public Lecture
A Public Lecture will be held Saturday, May 15, 2004, at 8 pm in
the Earth Sciences Auditorium.
Speakers:
Michele Emmer (Rome), an expert on arts and mathematics
The Visual Mind: Math, Art, Cinema
Doris Schattschneider (Moravian College PA), an expert on unusual
and surprising tilings

Concert and Banquet
The evening of Friday, May 14, 2004 will have various events. It
will begin with a concert at the Fields Institute 4:30 p.m., then
a reception at the Faculty Club, 41 Willcocks Street, at 6:00 p.m.,
followed by a banquet at the Faculty Club at 7:00 p.m.
Registration
Online registration is now closed - registration will be available
on-site starting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2004 in the foyer
of the Earth Sciences Auditorium.
The registration fee is $70 (CDN), $30 for students. This fee includes
the Conference Banquet planned for May 14, 2004.
