The Séminaire de Mathématiques Supérieures is an annual summer school in the Mathematical Sciences organized jointly by the Centre de Recherches Mathématiques (Montréal), the Fields Institute (Toronto) the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute (Berkeley) and the Pacific Institute for Mathematical Sciences (Vancouver). It receives additional support from the Institut de Sciences Mathématiques (Montréal), from the Université de Montréal, and the Canadian Mathematical Society. The 2012 edition has also the support of the Combinatorics, Algorithms, Randomization and Probability Group (Montréal). We invite applications for the 51st edition of the "Séminaire de Mathématiques Supérieures 2012''. This summer school, directed mainly at advanced graduate students and beginning researchers, will be held from June 25 to July 6, 2012 on the campus of the University of Montreal.
