Wild Hitchin systems are Hitchin systems with irregular singularities. I will classify those wild Hitchin systems which define four-dimensional $N=2$ superconformal field theories. One can associate two hyperkahler manifolds to these Hitchin systems, and they have interesting connections to quiver varieties, compound Du Val singularities, and Kac-Moody algebras.
